The base is located in the core area of Hangzhou Bay Smart Medical Industry Park, covering an area of more than 20 mu and a construction area of 35,000 square meters. It is equipped with a 3,000-square-meter Class 100,000 cleanroom and a Class 10,000 microbiological testing laboratory.
